If the payment remains unsuccessful, your VPS may be suspended. We will retain your VPS and its data for 5 days after suspension, after which the VPS will be permanently terminated.
You can update your payment method and complete the renewal at any time during this period. If you need assistance resolving the payment issue, you can also contact our support team.
Generally, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original card is no longer available or there is another exceptional circumstance, you can contact our billing team to discuss your situation.
If approved, we may be able to process the refund to an alternative payment method. If a refund to another card is not possible or approved, the refunded amount can instead be credited to your VPSMakers account balance, which you can use toward future purchases or renewals.
