When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

 

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

 

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour FULL Money back guarantee to those clients who ordered our service and were not satisfied with our service. Setup fees will not be refunded. Rest users must mention the reason for un-satisfaction, we will try our best to solve the problem, and if we can’t then ONLY partial refunds can be made. The following points will NOT be accepted for asking for refunds:

  • I ordered by mistake.
  • I am not getting download/upload speed to a specific host. (The download/upload speeds depend on many factors that are not in our hands).
  • I was out of the station/on Vacation and was not able to use your server.
  • I can not work on dating sites, surveys, etc
  • I changed my mood, I don’t want your services.
  • I don’t know how to use the VPS/RDP Server. (If needed support we will provide you.)

Hacking/Brute-forcing/Spamming Tools are not allowed hence I want a refund.

Note 1: Opening disputes without any reason or even opening a dispute after using our services in order to get your money back will not help. Doing so will result in money not being refunded and RDP/VPS will also get terminated. You agreed to follow our TOS and Refund Policy during payment, hence PayPal will also make refunds based on our Refund Policy.
Note 2: If you will violate our ToS, no refund will be made in any situation.
Note 3: If the account gets involved with illegal activities, Before any refund process, we will need to verify the KYC.
Note 4: We also do not provide refunds for Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency payments or in cases of abuse/phishing suspensions of the service.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy

The purpose of the user identification and verification is to prevent VPSMakers.com from being used with the aim of criminal activity (auction fraud, identity theft, Abuse, Phishing, etc.)
VPSMakers.com collects certain user identification information from each user opening or maintaining an account AND creating the first order via VPS Makers store.
Users may be asked to provide verification documents. Verification is required when the account gets involved with illegal activities. The user shall be aware that the name, address, telephone number, and any other personal identification information including documents (such as passport, national ID, telephone bills, electricity bills, or other utility bills) must be true and contain correct details, pertaining to the user.
The user will be asked to provide a scanned copy of a valid photo ID (passport or national ID) and a scanned copy of a recent utility bill displaying the current address of residence. The verification process is a one-time procedure. Once the user receives the verified status, the client will not be required to send verification documents again.
