Terms of Using VPSMakers Services

This Agreement outlines the rules and conditions for your use of the services provided by VPSMakers. It covers the terms described in this document, any applicable supplementary terms, as well as the orders you place through our website.

By accessing VPSMakers services, creating an account, or submitting an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you are using the services on behalf of a company or organization, you affirm that you have the legal authority to act on its behalf.

VPSMakers reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any revised version will be made available on this page or other relevant sections of our website. By continuing to use our services after changes are published, you accept the updated terms. Significant updates will be clearly indicated for transparency.

Disclaimer & Service Responsibility

All VPSMakers services are provided “as is”, without any warranties unless explicitly stated or required by applicable law. We and our licensors do not represent or guarantee that our services will be error-free, universally compatible, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Customers are solely responsible for evaluating the quality, performance, and suitability of the services they use, unless otherwise mandated by law. VPSMakers and its partners will not be held accountable for any disruptions, data loss, or legal consequences related to customer content or usage.

VPSMakers does not take responsibility for compliance with local or international laws regarding the usage, content, or communication of our services. Legal obligations arising from global internet access or service use in specific regions rest entirely with the user.

The security of websites hosted on shared hosting plans is the full responsibility of the user. VPSMakers is not liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or information theft involving client accounts or websites. Our responsibility is limited to the integrity of our core infrastructure and platform-level security.

Customers using virtual private servers (VPS) or dedicated servers are responsible for maintaining the services, software, and configurations they deploy. Any failures or issues caused by third-party scripts or user-installed software fall outside the scope of our support and liability.

VPSMakers shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including incidental or consequential losses, resulting from downtime, connectivity issues, or service unavailability—regardless of the cause.

Due to external policies from upstream providers and internal security decisions by our Abuse & Legal teams, we cannot guarantee the availability of port 25 across all services. Clients are strongly encouraged to utilize alternative secure ports for email delivery. Please note that port 25 availability is not covered under our refund policy, and refund requests based on this limitation will not be honored.

Terms of Use

Each VPSMakers account, identified by the customer’s registered email address, is considered unique and assigned to a single user. If a client opens multiple accounts, VPSMakers reserves the right to monitor such duplicates. In cases where suspicious activity is detected, duplicate accounts may be disabled or removed. Any request to transfer services between accounts must be submitted via our support ticket system.

In accordance with the regulations set by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), VPSMakers is unable to provide services to individuals or entities located in, or affiliated with, sanctioned countries, including but not limited to: Cuba (CU), Iran (IR), North Korea (KP), Syria (SY), Crimea, Sudan (SD), and Ukraine. Additionally, services cannot be provided to individuals listed as Specially Designated Nationals (SDNs). This includes restrictions on domain registration and business email provisioning for entities in the aforementioned regions.

All services offered by VPSMakers must be used strictly for legal purposes. Customers are prohibited from uploading, distributing, or storing content that violates local or international laws.

We do not allow hosting of adult content, casino or gambling materials, pirated software (cracks, keygens), hacking tools, or IRC-related services. Any attempt to utilize such content or software will result in service suspension or termination.

Customers are strictly prohibited from using VPSMakers services for unethical, inhumane, or malicious purposes. This includes the use of any software or malware that enables or contributes to cyberattacks, whether intentional or accidental.

Refund Policy

At VPSMakers, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below:

If you are not satisfied with the performance of our services due to technical issues or inconsistencies, you may request a refund within 7 days of the service activation date. While we will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern, if we are unable to do so, a refund will be issued.

Important Notes:

  • All refund requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). You must submit valid KYC documents through a support ticket. Requests without proper verification will be rejected.

  • Refunds for payments under $50 will not be transferred to bank accounts. Instead, the credited amount will be added to your VPSMakers wallet balance, with no deductions.

  • Refund processing time depends on the payment method and may take 7 to 14 business days. In rare cases, processing may take longer.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Any applicable transaction fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds for payments made via cryptocurrency will only be applied to the client’s credit balance within VPSMakers and cannot be returned externally.

  • Wallet credit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as per our Terms of Service.

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have received abuse reports or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Shared Hosting

VPSMakers does not offer any type of shared hosting services, including Linux hosting, WordPress hosting, or reseller hosting.

Our primary focus is on providing dedicated and optimized Virtual Private Servers (VPS) tailored for professionals, developers, traders, and online businesses.

Linux VPS, Windows VPS, and RDP Services

At VPSMakers, Virtual Private Servers are typically provisioned within 15 to 45 minutes following the service registration. Once the setup process is complete, VPS login credentials will be sent directly to the client’s registered email address.

Requests for additional IP addresses must be submitted through our support ticket system. Any violation of VPSMakers’ terms may result in suspension of the VPS service, with notification and explanations communicated via email. For further details, please refer to the Abuse and Compliance section of our Terms of Service.

Control panel licenses for Linux VPS are billed on a monthly renewal cycle, with pricing and available options listed on the service order page. This page also provides a selection of server locations and supported operating systems to choose from.

In accordance with VPSMakers’ policies, VPS and RDP services must be renewed within 5 days after the due date. Failure to renew within this window will lead to complete termination of the service, and all server data will be permanently unrecoverable.

For PTR (Reverse DNS) configuration, the domain must first be verified by our Abuse Audit team. Upon approval, availability and setup details will be communicated through the support ticket system.

Service Renewal and Deletion

VPS/RDP services must be renewed within 7 days after the due date.

If the service is not renewed within this period, it will be permanently deleted, and data recovery will not be possible under any circumstances.

It is the client’s responsibility to monitor renewal dates and make the necessary payments on time.

We will send the renewal invoice 7 days before the due date to the client’s registered email address, and reminder emails will continue until the service is terminated.

Backup Policy

The responsibility for backing up data on VPS services lies entirely with the customer.

Unlike shared hosting services, which may include automated backup systems, VPS services do not come with automatic backups by default.

Users are required to manually back up their server data on a regular basis to prevent data loss.

VPSMakers assumes no responsibility for any loss of data on VPS instances.

We maintain a strict policy against spam. All traffic flowing through our servers undergoes close monitoring for any signs of spam activity. If a customer is suspected of using our services for spamming purposes, a thorough investigation will be launched. Any identified spam-related issues will be met with appropriate action.

VPS Service Renewal

Clients will receive email notifications regarding the renewal terms and expiry date of their VPS services. These reminders begin 7 days prior to the due date and continue at regular intervals until the service is renewed or expired. The final notification will be sent by VPSMakers’ sales team, who will reach out to provide assistance and guidance on renewing the service.

Emails will include the renewal invoice along with multiple payment options to simplify the payment process. Supported payment gateways include PayPal, Perfect Money, Plisio, and others. Once payment is successfully completed, the VPS service will be automatically renewed. Any payment issues can be resolved through our support ticket system.

Customers may also enable automatic renewal by linking eligible payment accounts, such as PayPal, allowing seamless continuation of their VPS services.

Upgrade / Downgrade VPS Plans

VPS services can be upgraded or downgraded between available plans to adjust resource allocations based on the client’s requirements. To increase server resources or storage capacity, clients may upgrade to a higher-tier VPS plan by paying the price difference. Upon successful payment, the VPS will be automatically upgraded to the selected plan. If the upgrade does not take effect, clients can submit a support ticket to resolve the issue.

According to our Refund Policy, no refunds will be issued for upgrades. Downgrading VPS plans incurs no additional fees.

Abuse and Compliance Authority

At VPSMakers, we take abuse of our services very seriously as it can disrupt both our internal systems and the broader internet ecosystem. Our Security and Abuse team rigorously investigates all reports of misuse, which may result in suspension or termination of the offending service.

If any abuse is suspected, VPSMakers reserves the right to inquire about the service’s status and usage, or to suspend the service pending further investigation.

Additionally, upon receiving abuse reports from external authorities, VPSMakers may suspend the service until the issue is resolved.

The VPSMakers Abuse team classifies activities including malware distribution, hacking toolkits, port scanning, DDoS attacks, email marketing abuse, spamming, unsolicited bulk email (UBE), email harvesting services, ransomware, phishing of emails and websites, brand or organizational reputation abuse, malicious bots, attacks targeting websites or servers, illegal copyright infringement (such as BitTorrent usage), and resource abuse as violations of our terms. Any services involved in these activities will be promptly suspended and terminated without prior notice.

Furthermore, hosting, storing, or distributing content related to pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or multi-level marketing (MLM) systems is strictly prohibited.
